CitiFinancial 2006 Holiday eCard Game
When CitiFinancial Retail Credit Services wanted to reach out to past and current retail management customers during their busiest time of year, we came up with an ecard that was a fun and simple to play online game themed to the holiday season.
CitiMortgage and Citi Home Equity 2007
We worked on the Citi Mortgage (CMI) and Citi Home Equity (CHE) brands in the midst of the housing bubble bursting, a credit crunch, mortgage fraud, rising, then lowering interest rates, the loss of a CEO, and an economy hunkering down for recession.
The samples are selected from a bottomless well of creative work presented to CMI and CHE clients in 2007. This sample doesn’t tell half the story, but it’s a fair representation of the thinking and writing that kept the business division afloat.
Citi Mobile 2007
Since the creation and propagation of the iPhone, Android and subsequent smart phone breakthroughs, the idea of banking via your mobile phone almost seems quaint. In 2007 however, when even few early adopters did more than receive text alerts about their balances, the idea of promoting banking via your mobile phone to an increasingly skeptical and security conscious audience represented a challenge.
Our big idea, that the value in mobile banking was not just its immediacy but also its discretion in a moment of doubt. To prove this we displayed interactive scenarios in the microsite, such as a quick balance double check in the midst of a night out or making an on-the-spot payment toward a shared credit card while in the mall.
